Pomegranate panna cotta

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Pomegranate juice
- 1 packet gelatine
- 1 Pomegranate seeds for garnish
To a saucepan add the cream , sugar, vanilla extract and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
To a small bowl, add the milk and gelatin. Allow the gelatin to soften about 5 minutes. Stir them milk and gelatin into the cream until dissolved.
Divide the mixture on glasses, refrigerate until set at least 2 hours.
In another bowl, add pomegranate juice, sugar and gelatin and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cool slightly pour over the set panna cotta.
Refrigerate until set.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
