Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Pops
- 20 fresh strawberries
- 12 ounces baking chocolate (White or Dark)
- Dry coconut and sugar decorate for garnish
- 20 wooden skewers
Wash and rinse the strawberries (make sure that no water remains on the strawberries).
Then poke a wooden skewer through the top of each strawberry.
Using a double boiler, slowly melt the chocolate over low heat.
Dip the strawberry in melted chocolate and allow them to set.
They’re almost too pretty to eat!
